Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the website of Edusafari Publishing Ltd, registered in Cambridge, UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and Contract

  • Your order represents an offer to purchase. The contract is formed once we send you a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example, in the event of stock shortages, payment issues, or obvious pricing errors.

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

 

3. Payment

  • We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Wix Payments.

  • Payment must be completed before dispatch.

  • We do not store full card details.

 

4. Delivery

  • UK Deliveries

  • Delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

  • International Deliveries

  • Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

  • Exports may be zero-rated for VAT under UK law; we maintain evidence of export as require

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)

  • You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us if you wish to cancel.

  • You then have 14 days to return the products.

  • We will refund the product price plus the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery option.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty.

  • Exclusions

  • You cannot return:

    • Personalised or customised products.

    • Sealed audio, video, or software items once unsealed.

    • Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.

  • You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

  • After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement.

  • How to Return

    • Contact us at team@edusafari.store with your order number.

    • We will provide return instructions.

    • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, illustrations, logos, and text on our website and products remain the property of Edusafari Publishing Ltd or our licensors. They may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

    • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved
in the courts of England and Wales.
